This boutique hotel development project comprises a unique blend of boutique hotel, restaurant / bar and retail space. Located in West Hollywood, directly north of Melrose Avenue on La Peer Drive, this project adds another exciting aspect to this neighborhood’s colorful local culture.
La Peer will feature 105 hotel rooms and ground-floor restaurant / retail space. The structure will incorporate a combination of architectural concrete, tile, plaster, wrought iron and glass to create an architecturally stunning building.
