900 West Knoll is a two-level building built over a single level of subterranean parking. The parking garage is a type I building structure constructed of poured-in-place concrete and masonry walls. The living spaces are constructed of two levels of type V framing placed on top of a concrete podium. Each unit has an individual garage off of the main subterranean underground structure as well as a rooftop deck.
The units are designed in a townhouse style so that each unit only shares one or two walls with the neighboring unit. The units themselves are detailed with hardwood floors throughout as well as high end appliances and finishes. The building is designed in a modern style with very sleek lines, large windows, and smooth stucco. The average square footage of the units is 2,200. The design of these units is very similar to the design of those located at 125 Pacific Street.
