The first one, facing Paloma Avenue, has two floors with a total area of 2,275 sf and a livable basement of 1664sf; the second one, facing Sunset Ave, consists of two floors with a total area of 1,575 sf and a basement for parking & storage with an area of 1,446 sf.
The elevation difference of almost 6 ft between the natural grade on the property and Sunset Ave. permits access to the basement/garage level with a gentle ramp.
Due to the Historical Status of this area Studio MD, the project architect, developed a contemporary interpretation of the scale and character of the neighboring buildings by careful attention to roof lines, articulation of facades and exterior materials such as wood siding, stucco and generous windows that reinforce the indoor-outdoor lifestyle of the area.
Both residences come with roof decks that provide unobstructed views of the vicinity and the Pacific Ocean.
