The 1925 Wilcox Ave, Los Angeles, CA property is located in the heart of Hollywood right off the 101 freeway. A.J. The hotel will incorporate an existing historical building in a design that respects aspects of early 20th century Hollywood architecture.

The project will be a five story structure with two levels of subterranean parking. The hotel will include amenities such as a restaurant / bar, pool and fitness center.
